Job summary

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our office team. You will be a welcoming first point of contact for patients and families, handle multi-line calls, and support the clinical staff with administrative tasks and electronic records.

The role offers an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401k, PTO, and continuing education reimbursement as you grow within our organization.

Qualifications

• Required receptionist experience with multi-line communications.
• 1-year post-secondary education or vocational training.
• Minimum 2 years of receptionist or secretarial experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to learn clinical software and EMR systems.
• Able to work an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer front-desk calls and greet patients and families.
• Coordinate communications among office staff and clinicians.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
