Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Annapolis, MD is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA, implement behavior plans, and collect progress data to inform treatment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, accurate documentation, and helping clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills through structured ABA sessions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to effectively engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
