Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-developed intervention plans to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with families, maintain progress data, and support clients in daily activities and social interactions. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a valid driver’s

Competenze

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and patient care practices.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data collection.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
