Job summary

Golden Touch ABA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with autism in West Jordan, UT. You will implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision, focusing on building new skills and promoting positive behavior in daily settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
