Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents with autism in Eagle Mountain, Utah. The RBT will implement plans under BCBA supervision, using positive reinforcement to promote skill development and behavioral improvements.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with families and BCBAs, and delivering services in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members for continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
