Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a collaborative, compassionate team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings, implement BCBA-created plans, and help track client progress with careful data collection and notes.

Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time roles, with emphasis on professional growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to compassionate, professional client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
