Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents with autism in Ogden, Utah. The RBT will implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, delivering therapy across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
