Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families
