Heartland ABA in the United States is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving personal goals through evidence-based ABA services. You will work one-on-one with children in home or community settings, implementing plans under supervision, recording session data, and collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

The position is part-time with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress.
• Willingness to learn and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work in client homes or community locations.
• Part-time availability with a 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities
