Job summary

Heartland ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will join a supportive clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and help clients progress with evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before starting.
• Patience, compassion and a calm presence are essential.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Paid training is provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Be a key part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build connections with families.
