Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, helping children with Autism achieve independence through evidence-based interventions.

You will join a supportive clinical team, implement care plans, and meticulously record session data. The role offers a part-time schedule with paid training and pathways for BCBA-related advancement, contingent on six months of commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
