Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings using evidence-based interventions.

This role offers part-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a robust clinical team; RBT certification is required before working, with immediate access to resources and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
