Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. The role supports independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
