Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD. This role involves working in home, school, or in-person settings with supervision from a BCBA, with data collection and ongoing progress notes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
