Qualifications

• Compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed under nurse supervision.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nurse on duty.
• Document medications administered on MAR accurately.
• Safely lift, move, and transfer residents as needed.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and in-services.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing or Nurse on duty.
