Silver Birch Living in Fort Wayne South is seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA) to join our Clinical Team, supporting residents’ health, safety, and daily care needs.

You will administer medications, monitor treatments, and document care in the electronic health record, while reporting changes to the Wellness Nurse. A high school diploma or GED and a current QMA certification are required, with insulin certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily care needs (ADLs) per individualized plans.
• Administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments.
• Observe residents and report changes to Wellness Nurse and clinical team.
• Document care in electronic health record.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents and families.
• Collaborate with Wellness team to support clinical operations.
