Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners in Center, TX is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team.

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, assist with gait training, and help with pain management and mobility goals. A PTA license is required, with an Associate's Degree from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current state PTA license/registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs to improve strength and mobility.
• Record patient response and overall progress in patient charts.
• Prepare patient referrals as requested by Physical Therapist.
• Maintain treatment areas and equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.
