Job summary

Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our in-house rehab team in Texas. The PTA will administer prescribed treatments under PT supervision to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PTA treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled PTA services under supervision of a PT.
• Record patient progress and adjust plans with the care team.
• Support PT with plan of care implementation and documentation.
