Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate degree.
• Current PTA certification or licensure as required by state law.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with a reliable, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
• Utilize modalities (heat, cold, ultrasound, massage) per state guidelines.
• Document clinical notes and updates in patient records in a timely manner.
• Attend team meetings and participate in quality improvement activities.
