You will help patients check in, gather information, and work with care teams to move admissions smoothly. Open availability inclusive of days, evenings, and overnights; rotating on-call schedule is required.

We train if needed; strong customer service and attention to detail are essential. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.10 per hour, with benefits available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front desk is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families with the check-in process across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration and answering questions.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Cross-train in multiple departments as needed.
