Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions at Hitchcock Square is seeking a Personal Care Aide for a PRN 3rd shift. You will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, build relationships with residents, and help them feel comfortable and at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meals, mobility, responding to calls, and documenting changes. Candidates should be 18+, HS diploma, willing to complete 80-hour training; prior senior care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Must be 18+; HS diploma/GED; willing to obtain 80-hour personal care training.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and dedication to serving seniors with good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals and activities.
• Assist residents in dining room including serving meals and clearing tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Observe, document and report changes to residents' condition to supervisor.
• Communicate with residents and families politely and professionally.
• Maintain resident care documentation per state regulations and Navion policies.
• Transport residents when required.
