Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all ages.
• Perform routine exams, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate with specialists.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EMR.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure patient experiences.
• Dedicate built-in admin time for follow-ups and care planning.
• Manage a patient panel of approximately 12–15 daily.
• Participate in quality improvement and ethical standards.
