Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license in Wisconsin or eligibility.
• Commitment to patient-centered primary care.

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR and clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Perform thorough assessments, histories, and develop personalized care plans.
• Order, interpret, and follow-up on diagnostic tests and labs.
• Educate patients on lifestyle, prevention, and disease management.
• Coordinate care with specialists and the care team as needed.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR and support quality initiatives.
