Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is required.
• Ability to build relationships with families and community partners.
• Comfort presenting to groups and managing sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preneed and at-need family meetings in a professional, organized, and caring manner.
• Present and explain funeral, cremation, and memorial options to families.
• Maintain complete preneed files, contracts and documentation for compliance.
• Enter all appointments, leads, and outcomes into CRM timely.
• Coordinate with funeral home leadership to ensure a seamless family experience.
• Prospect through community outreach, seminars, referrals, and campaigns.
• Provide aftercare follow-up and distribute resources to families.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulations, and company policies.
