Qualifications

• Completion of a PTA program accredited by CAAHEP.
• Associate degree or PTA certificate required.
• Florida licensure eligibility or active licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, record data, and provide progress reports.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment and progress.
• Develop and implement individualized exercise programs.
• Assist with equipment setup and maintenance.
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Education
