Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice.
• BLS Basic Life Support is required or preferred within the facility's policy.
• 2 years of experience in equivalent setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment goals and plans.
• Provides direct therapy daily and educates patients and families.
• Maintains accurate records in the EMR and coordinates care.
• Maintains productivity and safety standards; supervises PT assistants.
