Job summary

Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY is hiring a Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments and provide skilled therapeutic interventions across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics, and off-site locations as part of the continuum of care.

You will document progress in the EMR, maintain productivity, and ensure safety/compliance while collaborating with an interprofessional team. KY licensure and BLS are required or expected, with 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (state license) or eligible for trainee/temporary license.
• BLS certification required or expected within first 30 days (BSMH) / hire requirements for RSFH.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops goals and a treatment plan.
• Delivers daily direct therapy per plan of care and standards.
• Maintains accurate records in EMR and coordinates care.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality care.
• Supervises PT assistants when applicable and supports team growth.
