Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Paducah, KY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join Lourdes Hospital. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy across inpatients, outpatients, and pediatrics.

You will document progress in the EMR, supervise assistants, maintain safety and quality, and collaborate with the care team. Requires state licensure, BLS (preferred or required within 30 days), and about 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice (required).
• 2 years of experience in a similar setting (preferred).
• BLS certification preferred or required within 30 days for some facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with goals.
• Delivers daily therapy and instructs patients and families.
• Maintains accurate records in the EMR and coordinates care.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants as applicable.
• Adheres to safety, infection control and policy requirements.
