Qualifikationen

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

Aufgaben

• Evaluates the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting in plan of care development.
• Provides therapy services within scope of practice and plan of care.
• Observes and reports patient response to treatment and changes in condition.
• Treats patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning.
• Educates patient, family, and care team about plan of care and progress.
• Visits patients per Plan of Treatment, documents progress notes per policy.
• Completes evaluations and develops the PT plan of care per state guidelines.
