Qualifications

• Clerical skills to enter and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect specimens per protocol.
• Verifies patient identity and labels tubes with complete information.
• Assist with specimen processing and entry into LIS.
• Communicate any unusual patient conditions to laboratory staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to infection control policies.
