Qualifications

• ASCP certification preferred/required.
• Minimum of 1 year related phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and skin punctures across all age groups with accuracy and care.
• Register patients and process specimens for testing in the lab information system.
• Perform specimen accessioning, processing, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Explain the blood draw process with a comforting demeanor to patients.
