Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal phlebotomy program or 3–4 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory terminology and specimen handling.
• Experience with LIS/HIS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service during procedures and educate clients on test protocol.
• Accurately interpret orders and collect high-quality specimens.
• Perform venipuncture and related collection procedures across age groups.
• Handle and ship specimens, maintain specimen integrity and turnaround times.
