Job summary

You will work with MiChart and the Soft LIS to track orders, maintain quality, and uphold patient care standards while supporting a collaborative, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in ambulatory clinics to obtain blood and urine specimens per lab specifications.
• Collect specimens by phlebotomy, alternate access device, dermal puncture, or newborn heel stick.
• Prepare specimens for transport and ensure delivery to central lab in a timely manner.
• Utilize MiChart and Soft LIS to monitor order requests.
• Model professional and respectful behavior, providing high-level service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following policies and procedures.
