Job summary

Labcorp in LaPorte, IN is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform skilled specimen collections, enter patient data accurately, and support administrative duties while delivering exceptional patient service.

Work schedule includes Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with rotating Saturdays. Travel to additional sites may be required; PST incentive plan may offer a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or phlebotomy certification, or 3+ months phlebotomy experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of phlebotomy experience with all age patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
