Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year phlebotomy experience or completion of accredited training.
• ASCP phlebotomy certification desired.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR required at hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide courteous service.
• Perform venipuncture and dermal puncture accurately.
• Ensure proper labeling and specimen handling.
• Enter test orders and patient data into the laboratory system.
• Support training of new phlebotomy staff.
