Job summary

Omnicare Pharmacy is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver to handle prescription deliveries to long-term care facilities and patients’ homes. You will load products, maintain the vehicle, and ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA and all laws.

Prior delivery experience is a plus, but not required. Competitive pay and benefits begin on the first day, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Geographical knowledge of service area required.
• Flexibility; nights and weekends.
• Current, valid driver’s license in the state of operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and supplies to long-term care facilities or patients’ homes.
• Load products/materials for delivery.
• Maintain vehicle and report issues to management.
• Adhere to all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, including HIPAA for patient confidentiality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting pharmacy operations.
