Job summary

Omnicare Pharmacy is seeking a Delivery Driver to efficiently deliver prescription orders and products to long-term care facilities and patients’ homes on a set route and schedule. You will load, manage, and protect medications while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality.

No prior professional driving experience is required, though candidates with delivery, courier, or related experience are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Geographical knowledge of service area.
• Flexibility required.
• Nights and Weekends.
• Current, valid driver’s license for the vehicle operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription orders and products to long-term care facilities or patients’ homes.
• Load products and ensure vehicle readiness; maintain and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations and HIPAA confidentiality.
