Job summary

Omnicare Pharmacy is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team delivering prescription orders and supplies to long-term care facilities and patients’ homes on a dedicated route. You will ensure patient confidentiality, compliance with HIPAA, and accurate, timely delivery in a company vehicle.

You’ll load, secure and transport items, maintain vehicle readiness, and follow all laws while providing friendly, reliable service to patients and facilities.

Qualifications

• Geographical knowledge of service area.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Current, valid driver’s license in the state for vehicle operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies to long-term care facilities or patients’ homes.
• Load products/materials.
• Maintain vehicle and alert management to maintenance issues.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations including HIPAA.
