Job summary

Omnicare Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to provide timely delivery of prescription orders to long-term care facilities and residences. You will load, transport, and deliver medications and supplies while maintaining strict patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

No prior professional driving experience is required, but previous driving roles and a strong customer service mindset are beneficial. This role offers competitive pay and benefits starting early in employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license in the state for vehicle operation.
• Ability to drive long periods of time.
• Customer service orientation.
• Geographical knowledge of service area.
• Flexibility for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication, equipment, products and supplies to long-term care facilities or patients’ homes on a predetermined route.
• Load products/materials.
• Maintain vehicle and report maintenance issues to management.
• Comply with all Federal, State and Local laws and HIPAA regulations.
• Provide timely, accurate delivery and maintain patient confidentiality.
