This full-time role focuses on face-to-face client interactions with veterinary clinics, managing a demanding route, and handling pets with care and professionalism. You will be responsible for pickups and deliveries, accurate documentation, and maintaining strong clinic relationships while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, account management, or route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review daily routes and load equipment before departure.
• Visit veterinary clinics and maintain professional relationships.
• Retrieve deceased pets respectfully and securely.
• Scan pets at pickup/delivery and verify IDs and instructions.
• Document requests and complete follow through.
