The Husband & Wife Law Team is seeking a Personal Injury Intake Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will be the first contact for potential clients, screening leads, collecting information, and scheduling free consultations with attorneys.

You will work within a collaborative team and help ensure every call is answered with empathy and accuracy. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple channels (phone, email, web inquiries) while upholding professional and ethical

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing with empathy for injured clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to document notes and emails clearly.
• Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, gather information, and evaluate case viability.
