Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury intake or related legal role in Arizona.
• Proven supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree; paralegal certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and evaluate a team of intake specialists to ensure high performance and client focus.
• Oversee the full intake pipeline from initial lead contact to case sign-up and retention; refine scripts, workflows, and protocols.
• Track metrics like speed-to-lead, contact rates, and lead-to-sign conversion; use data to drive improvements.
• Conduct initial client interviews, gather detailed case info, assess viability, and build rapport with empathy.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs of signed cases to attorneys and case managers; gather documents with HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in case management software and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze performance data and implement process enhancements with firm leadership.
