Job summary

Aspen Careers, LLC is partnering with a growing personal injury law firm to hire a Personal Injury Intake Specialist. This is a client-facing role focused on intake, case screening, and relationship development, with ownership of the intake process as the firm expands.

The ideal candidate brings PI intake or client service experience, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to identify promising cases. In-office Springfield, OH or Dublin, OH for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a personal injury law firm is strongly preferred.
• Experience with client intake, case screening, or client service is preferred.
• Comfortable guiding conversations with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective clients and new leads.
• Conduct client intake interviews and document information in LeadDocket.
• Gather details to identify legal issues and evaluate potential personal injury claims.
• Identify high-priority matters and connect cases with an attorney.
• Facilitate electronic engagement agreements and guide clients through sign-up.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective clients and track communications in the intake system.
• Develop relationships with referral partners and intake professionals at other firms.
