Job summary

Springs of Ballentine is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide direct care to residents, assist with ADLs, and support a safe, welcoming living environment.

You will monitor health, assist with mobility and meals, report changes to the nursing team, and help promote dignity and independence for older adults in our community. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of PCA/CNA or caregiver training program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of personal care or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Support: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Health Monitoring: observe changes and report to nursing staff; assist with reminders.
• Resident Engagement: provide companionship and encourage activities and social events.
• Safety & Compliance: maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection control procedures.
