Springs of Ballentine in the United States is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents, assist with ADLs, monitor health, and support the nursing team in a safe, respectful environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, completes a state CNA program, holds an active CNA license, and values teamwork, clear communication, and patient, dignified care for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Active CNA certification in good standing; CPR and First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Monitor and document vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate resident engagement and companionship.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with basic healthcare tasks as directed.
