Job summary

The Gardens of Rose Hill is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide direct care and support to residents, helping with daily living activities and promoting independence in a safe, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, meal support, health monitoring, and fostering resident engagement and participation in activities, while following safety protocols and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved PCA, CNA, or caregiver training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Support: Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility); help with meals, hydration and comfort.
• Health Monitoring: Observe changes in health and report to nursing team; assist with medication reminders as needed.

Education
