Springs of Ballentine is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care for residents in a warm, community-focused setting. You will support Activities of Daily Living, monitor health, and collaborate with the nursing team to maintain residents' dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Health Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs and observe changes to report to the nursing team.
• Resident Engagement: Build relationships and encourage participation in activities for social and mental well-being.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
