Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collects and records patient data including vital signs and intake/output.
• Supports patients with meals, bathing, grooming and mobility.
• Transports and positions patients, uses mobility aids as needed.
• Maintains infection control practices and uses PPE.
