Qualifications

• 0–2 years of acute care experience or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• CNA or CPCT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Record vital signs and patient data and report findings to RN/LPN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, oral care, grooming, linen changes, and mobility aids.
• Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility devices.
• Collect urine/stool samples and monitor finger-stick glucose; document results.
• Communicate patient information to the care team and follow PPE and safety protocols.
