Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire required
• CNA certification preferred or equivalent nursing assistant experience

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Record and report vital signs and other patient data to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, linen changes and mobility support.
• Support patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility devices.
• Document urine/stool samples and glucose monitoring results.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team.
• Maintain infection control and PPE protocols.
• Participate in performance improvement and safety reporting.
• Maintain regular attendance and policy compliance.
